We had a great discovery today and celebrated Diwali- the Indian Festival of lights.

Niue language week

This week is Niue language week. We had a special visit from a Niue athlete called Danny. He represented Niue in the commonwealth games in weightlifting. He is very strong.

He grow up in South Auckland. He told about the commonwealth games and it was really hard work to get there. He talked about being a  'Champion of my world' this is how to do this :

Hello Whanau

WOW can you believe its Term 4 already !!!!!!
I am super excited to jump into this term with so much going on.

We have our assembly with Room 15 in week 6 and we will be building up all term to "Rowandales got Talent" show in week 10.

I am excited to get straight back into fabulous learning tomorrow. Make sure you are all there.

Today we had a Powerful day

We have been reading with Mrs Tollestrup and so many children have moved up levels.

Today we focused on our Indian Language and culture. We did beautiful Indian pattens.

 We also had Janet who came in to talk us about Dog Safety. She had a lovely dog called Charlie. 

We need to make sure that we no not touch dogs that we do not know and pick up their poo's.
