Tuesday has been a great day
We did a great job at reading and were super focused. Then we wrote about cat in the hat. He is funny and has Thing 1 and Thing 2. He has a red and white hat.
After morning tea we did maths and learnt to write numbers as words. We had to find the house that Mrs Tollestrup lives in and unlock the door by writing the word.
This afternoon we had P.E and learnt to throw under arm. We had fun!
We are making our own treasure tapa cloths for topic.

What a crazy week we have had.
Mrs Tolelstrup was out on school trip on Wednesday and Thursday so we got up to some fun.
We made Gruffalo Masks and created a Gruffalo song.
See below to chect it out.
Today we had an amazing discovery that was based on the beach that Mrs Tollestrup went to to clean up rubbish.
Then we had cultural groups, check out the amazing performance from the Kapa Haka

This is Ellen Paige. She painted the beach. She used the habit questioning and prior knowledge to add to her picture during brain time.
